State of the Art 42,000 Square Foot Machine Shop
Our spacious manufacturing floor is equipped with Cutting Edge CNC machining including 5 axis milling, 4 axis turning machines as well as 3D printing capabilities. It was renovated from the ground up in 2019 with efficiency in mind. From physical machine placement, floor organization/storage solutions, tooling and coolant usage, processes, documentation to our floor management system. Most importantly, we believe in our people and are blessed with the finest machining talent and problem solvers in our industry.
Hastreiter Industries invests heavily in being a leader in both machining capabilities and capacity. We also love a great challenge. If you have a challenging part, or material requirement for your machining project we’d love to hear from you. We are able to machine most metals and plastics including titanium, Delrin, PEEK, exotic alloys and tool steels. Looking for high volume machining? CNC MILLING SERVICES
3-5 Axis CNC Milling as tight as +/- 0.0005” on anything from Aluminum to Heat Resistant Super Alloys. Complex 5-axis machined parts up to 20 inches in diameter. 3 Axis machined parts up to 40x20x20 inches in size. Small, medium and high volume production.
CNC TURNING SERVICES
We have a broad range of CNC turning capabilities. We can turn parts up to 9 inches in diameter and as small as 0.08 inches. 2-4 Axis CNC Turning as tight as +/- 0.0001” on anything from Aluminum to Heat Resistant Super Alloys.
METROLOGY & INSPECTION
Our in-house parts inspection capabilities means added efficiency. NIST Trace-able, Metrology Lab with state-of-the-art, scanning probe CMMs, camera inspection system and more. Our quality department is capable of handling even the most complex parts.
ENGINEERING | PROTOTYPING
Are you in need of parts design or prototyping assistance? We can handle your models confidentially in Solidworks or Inventor for the purpose of manufacturing or supporting your engineers with DFM (Design for Manufacturability). Our 3D printing technology is ideal for both prototypes and end-use production parts.
Your One Stop Machine Shop
Have special requirements for your machined parts? With a single purchase order, we can handle your machining project from start to finish. This includes any secondary processes you may be needing to provide even tighter controls over dimensional tolerances and surface finishes. A few examples include: Annealing, anodizing, plating, powder-coating, brazing, deburring, painting, laser marking, CNC grinding, fabricating, welding, and even light assembly.
