3–5 Axis CNC Milling with tolerances as tight as ±0.0005” on materials from Aluminum to Heat-Resistant Super Alloys. We machine complex 5-axis parts up to 20″ in diameter and 3-axis parts up to 40x20x20″. Ideal for small, medium, and high-volume production with consistent precision across every run.
CNC TURNING
SERVICES
Our CNC Turning capabilities cover parts from 0.08″ up to 9″ in diameter, with 2–4 axis turning and tolerances as tight as ±0.0001”. We work with Aluminum through Heat-Resistant Super Alloys, delivering accurate, repeatable results for prototypes through production, including tight-tolerance, high-performance components.

INSPECTION
Our in-house inspection capabilities add efficiency and accuracy. We offer a NIST-traceable metrology lab equipped with state-of-the-art scanning probe CMMs, a camera inspection system, and advanced measurement tools. Our quality team ensures dimensional confidence, even for complex geometries and demanding requirements.
ENGINEERING | PROTOTYPING
We provide secure parts design and prototyping support, working directly with SolidWorks or Inventor models for manufacturing or DFM collaboration. Our engineering team handles files confidentially and efficiently. With advanced 3D printing, we produce both prototype components and functional end-use parts with speed and accuracy.
